大庆市阳光物业有限公司创建于2004年，注册资金500万元，国家一级资质的专业性物业服务公司。公司自成立以来，不断引进国内外崭新的物业服务理念，推行现代化服务体系，开拓进取，大胆创新，先后接管了阳光佳苑、大同阳光购物广场、阳光商都、阳光馨园、东安阳光商城、阳光嘉城一、二、三、四期以及乘风阳光新城等物业项目，现管理面积325万平米，服务于31500余户居民。
阳光物业致力于提高服务品质，以业主满意为目的，以优质服务为先导，服务期间得到广大客户及社会各界的一致好评及认可。2012年全面通过了质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系认证，同年，阳光馨园项目取得了“黑龙江省物业管理示范住宅小区”的称号；2018年阳光嘉城三期取得了“黑龙江省物业管理示范住宅小区”的称号；2021年阳光嘉城三期通过了“黑龙江省优秀物业服务项目”的验收。阳光物业坚持以“创新发展、诚实守信、团结和谐、追求卓越”的企业精神，不断创新管理机制，提升服务品质，致力于打造“阳光”品牌物业，同时为物业管理行业的健康发展贡献一份力量。

Daqing Sunshine Property Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. It is a professional property service company with national first-class qualification. Since its establishment, the company has continuously introduced new property service concepts from home and abroad, implemented a modern service system, and boldly innovated. It has successively taken over property projects such as Sunshine Jiayuan, Datong Sunshine Shopping Plaza, Sunshine Shangdu, Sunshine Xinyuan, Dong'an Sunshine Mall, Sunshine Jiacheng Phase I, II, III, and IV, as well as Chengfeng Sunshine New City. Currently, it manages an area of 3.25 million square meters and serves more than 31500 households.
Sunshine Property is committed to improving service quality, with the goal of satisfying homeowners and high-quality service as the guide. During the service period, it has received unanimous praise and recognition from customers and all sectors of society. In 2012, it fully passed the certification of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system. In the same year, the Sunshine Xinyuan project was awarded the title of "Heilongjiang Province Property Management Demonstration Residential Community"; In 2018, Sunshine Jiacheng Phase III was awarded the title of "Heilongjiang Province Property Management Demonstration Residential Community"; In 2021, Sunshine Jiacheng Phase III passed the acceptance of the "Excellent Property Service Project in Heilongjiang Province".
